If this is meant to be a demo, it should be published to the official marketplace or the correct marketplace path should be documented. 2) The /hello slash command registration appears broken in non-interactive mode — investigate why it returns 'Unknown skill'. 3) As a hello-world demo, consider adding slightly more substance — e.g., a second command, a hook example, or a skill (not just a command) to better demonstrate the plugin system's capabilities. 4) The plugin.json has placeholder author info ('Your Team', 'team@your-org.com') which should be filled in for a published skill.
